These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and the digital products offered by rDUPlays. By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase any products or services offered by rDUPlays.

rDUPlays reserves the right to deny access to the website, services, and forums at our sole discretion. Access is strictly prohibited for employees, agents, or affiliates of anti-cheat organizations and gaming-related companies, including but not limited to:

• Anti-Cheat Entities: BattlEye Innovations e.K., EasyAntiCheat, Wellbia, nProtect, Black Cipher Security LLC.

• Publishers & Developers: Valve, Activision Publishing, Electronic Arts, Epic Games Inc., Ubisoft, Gameforge AG, Smilegate, Hi-Rez Studios, Nexon, PUBG Corporation, and Bluehole.

Unauthorized access by these entities without express written permission from rDUPlays owners is strictly forbidden.

To access rDUPlays services, you must obtain an account by purchasing a subscription through our official payment system or authorized resale points.

• Hardware Policy: You may only use your account on one (1) computer. If you replace or upgrade your hardware, a rDUPlays staff member will review your situation to restore access if deemed appropriate.
• Termination: We reserve the right to deactivate or delete accounts at any time for:
  • Sharing an account with other users or devices;
  • Initiating chargebacks, claims, or payment disputes;
  • Tampering with software or using it for unintended purposes;
  • Abusive behavior or misconduct;
  • Affiliation with entities working against rDUPlays;
  • Running the software within a Virtual Machine (VM).

Important: Using our services may result in bans by third-party anti-cheat software. rDUPlays is not liable for any damages or account losses resulting from detection after purchase.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains our data practices:

• Data Collection: When registering or purchasing, we store your email address, IP address, and computer hardware information. If using Facebook Connect, we also store the full name associated with that account.
• Financial Information: Credit card and bank details are processed by independent payment services and are not stored on our website.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell or trade your personal information. Data may only be released to comply with the law or protect our legal rights.
• Data Retention: If you do not log into your account for two (2) years, your data will be permanently removed from our database.

All subscriptions are non-refundable. rDUPlays reserves the right to deny any refund request. A transaction refund is only considered if the software has not been used or is proven to be non-functional on your system.

• Disclaimer: Our website and products are provided “As Is.” rDUPlays disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, rDUPlays and its representatives shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or consequential), including loss of data, income, or profit, arising from the use of our services.
